Your home away from home will be inside our exceptionally serviced, floating lodge. With a maximum capacity of 24 guests, the lodge provides a comfortable home to come back to after a great day of fishing. You will be wined, dined and guided through your each leg of your exclusive fishing journey. We know that while fishing is the main reason you come to see us, the whole experience of your stay is equally important and a large component of that is the quality of the food. After working up an appetite during a day’s fishing, come back to the lodge and enjoy a selection of appetizers while winding down and relaxing before a delicious 3 course gourmet dinner.

Getting to Walters cove resort
It’s never been easier to get to Walters Cove Resort to enjoy some of the best salmon and halibut fishing trips the West Coast has to offer! Depart from the Seair Seaplane Terminal on the Fraser River, right next door to the South Terminal of Vancouver, BC’s International Airport and arrive at the dock in front of the lodge in only an hour and 15 minutes! Enjoy the spectacular flight over Vancouver Island in the comfort of the luxurious Cessna Caravans that Seair is famous for! For those driving to Vancouver, we are happy to provide the bonus of free parking at Seair for the duration of your fishing trip!
WHAT ABOUT MY fish that I catch?
The fish that you caught and brought home is how you will remember your trip throughout the winter. And we made the logistics easy. Your fish are all packaged and ready to leave the lodge in airline approved, waxed cardboard boxes. Your fish will arrive with you in Vancouver at Seair either by plane or by reefer truck (depending on plane space). Commercial airlines will take these boxes as checked baggage.

—BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS—
“Visiting Walters Cove Resort was a life changing experience. ”
A non-refundable (but transferrable) deposit of $1500 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is then due on April 15th of the year of your trip.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
A $75 per person fuel surcharge will appear on every invoice. Should fuel prices be below $2.00/litre for both gas and diesel (based on Fair Harbour prices) at the time of your trip, each guest will receive a $75 store/bar credit at the lodge.
